Terms and Conditions


1.
The Discounts and Savings offer by our Preferred Partners are for the Company's employees and their immediate family members.
2. The employee and/or family member must present the blue benfits card during the initial contact with the preferred partner.
3. Discounts and Savings will be discontinued upon the termination of the employee's employment.
4. Discounts provided from Preferred Partners can change or be terminated at any time without notice.
5. Employee and their family members will hold harmless Homeowners Financial Group and any Preferred Partners and their employer from any financial discount not honored.
6. Employee hereby agrees that they, their heirs, distributees, guardians, legal representatives and assigns will not make a claim against, sue, attach the property of, or prosecute HFG and/or any of its employees for injury or damage resulting from the negligence or other acts, howsoever caused, by any Program Benefits vendor as a result of Employer's participation in the Program.
7. Employees hereby release and discharge HFG from all actions, claims, or demands they, their heirs, distributees, guardians, legal representatives or assigns now have or may hereafter have for injury or damage resulting from participation in the Program.
8. Employees hereby release and discharge HFG from all actions, claims, or demands they, their heirs, distributees, guardians, legal representatives or assigns now have or may hereafter have for damage resulting from any advice, assistance, recommendations given from any Preferred Partner/Vendor.
9. Employees hereby release and discharge HFG from all actions, claims, or demands they, their heirs, distributees, guardians, legal representatives or assigns now have or may hereafter have for damage resulting from any failure to provide an incentive or discount from any Preferred Partner/Vendor.
10. All incentives must meet RESPA and State Banking Guidelines. Should incentive fail to meet such guidelines, employee will not be entitled to such incentive.
